- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum of 1 year as Senior Guest Service Officer in the hotel industry;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

- 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in room cleaning skills & knowledge
- Able to speak, read and write Cantonese. Basic English is preferable.
