Deposit Policy
1. All the reservation(s) submitted is/are on the guaranteed basis, and the approval code(s) for one night room charge will be obtained. Reservation(s) is/are invalid if the approval code(s) cannot be acquired.
2. The Hotel will collect HK$500 from guest for incidental deposit upon check-in.
Terms and Conditions
1. All the room charges listed in the Hotel’s website are subject to daily 10% service charge.
2. Children aged 12 or below sharing the same room with parents are free of charge (maximum with 2 children).
3. The room charges are based on single or double occupancy. The extra person, sharing the same room, aged above 12 will be subject to the surcharge of HK$330nett.
4. The check-in time on the arrival day is 14:00hrs (2:00pm) while the check-out time on the departure day is 12:00hrs (noon).
5. The request of rollaway-bed is subject to the advance arrangement and availability. The daily charge of this additional bed is at HK$330nett.
6. The room rates listed in the Hotel’s website will be changed from time to time and without prior notice.
7. Harbour Bay Hotel reserves the right of the final decision in case of any disputes arisen from the related room rates and reservations.
Late Check-Out
1. The request of late check-out on the departure day is subject to Hotel’s room availability and additional charge. Please contact the Reception Desk for detail.
Cancellation Policy
1. If there is any change of arrival day or cancellation of the guaranteed reservations, the guest has to inform the Hotel with notice by not less than 72 hours prior to the arrival day either by email to Hotel’s Reservation Department (rsvn@harbourbayhotel.com) / fax (no. +852 2154 7988) during office hours *Through Monday to Saturday, from 0900-1800hrs at local time with GMT+8, except Sundays and Public Holidays* or Hotel’s Reception Desk (fo@harbourbayhotel.com) / fax (no. +852 2154 7913) after office hours. Upon receiving the amended or cancellation request, the hotel staff will process and return the updated details to the guest.
2. In the case of late cancellation or the guest does not check in on the first night under the guaranteed reservation, the Hotel will apply the first night’s room charge through the previously obtained approval code of related credit card. The room reservation will be released at 12:00 (noon) on the second day and thereafter.
